Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Shera ERA, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order details.

Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for eligible returns in accordance with our Return Policy.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another approved method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Products returned in used, washed, or damaged condition.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).
