At Shera ERA, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order details.
Returns & Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for eligible returns in accordance with our Return Policy.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another approved method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

Products returned in used, washed, or damaged condition.

Items without original tags or packaging.

Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).
